Uploaded images are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) for processing and then deleted.

We do not use uploaded content for AI model training.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Batch Studio is a paid service.

By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may modify pricing with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, design, and technology related to Batch Studio are owned by Leonyr LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted access
  • Specific AI outputs or results

AI-generated outputs may be imperfect or inaccurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Leonyr LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
